144 deviants said No, it should be a sincere charity contest. Getting the word out is the contest's idea, we should stick to it.
137 deviants said It shouldn't be a requirement, just a suggestion.

13 deviants said The requirement should be excluded, and we should also exclude the requirement to mention Do1Thing in the image description.

Devious Comments
First, this new particular rule was stated up front and none of the others (credit to artist, credit to color-me-club, not begging for votes) are really waived.
Second, having some up for running that have the logo and some not to me would seem slightly lopsided. Maybe just because I like the spirit of the contest so much, but I would probably be much more likely to vote for an entry that had the logo (even if rather small) than one that didn't have it.
*shrug* At the very least I'd like the charity pimped out in the title and comments.
But maybe I'm biased, I've had the rules changed on me mid-contest one time before, and it annoyed the heck out of me and made the hard work I put in to actually follow the rules seem like it was for nothing.
I personally am not disinclined to changing the contest rules mid-way through if it gives more creative freedom to others. So what do you think?
